Who runs this site

Agile Board Practice is run by Emils Ozols (ozols.dev), a sole trader in Latvia. Questions and requests go to emils@ozols.dev.

When you join the waitlist

We store the email address you enter and the option you pick under “I am”. We use them for two things only: to send you one email when early access opens, and to understand who is interested so we build the right thing. We do not sell or share your email, and we do not send newsletters.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details.

When you visit the site

We count page views to see which pages people read. This runs without cookies and without storing anything on your device. IP addresses are anonymised. Analytics and waitlist entries are processed by PostHog on servers in the European Union.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until early access opens and for up to 12 months after that, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Page view data is kept in aggregate form.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing emils@ozols.dev. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv) or the data protection authority where you live.
